The parent company of Catalyst Health Network, a 1,000-physician network based in Plano, Texas, acquired digital health company MediBookr, according to a July 27 news release.
The acquisition "represents a significant milestone in Catalyst's strategy to combine team-based care with best-in-class technologies to support patients and providers throughout the care journey," Catalyst said in the release.
MediBookr, launched in 2015, offers digital tools aimed at improving communication among patients, providers and payers.
