New Braunfels, Texas-based Resolute Health Hospital has replaced its old signage with new ones to reflect the health system's new name and its affiliation with Baptist Health System, The Herald-Zeitung reported Dec. 15.
On Dec. 15, Resolute put up new signage displaying its new name, Resolute Baptist Hospital.
The hospital and its original sign have been up since 2014.
The rebrand to Resolute Baptist Hospital, according to Mark Bernard, CEO of Resolute, helps to further illustrate the hospital's ties to the San Antonio, Texas-based Baptist Health System.
Both hospitals are owned by Tenet, but Resolute was built as an independent project outside of the Baptist Health System.
"Baptist and Resolute are owned by the same entity," said Mr. Bernard. "We are sisters, sister facilities, and now have taken it to another step by adopting the very name that exists with those other facilities to create an even stronger identity."
