Somerville-Mass.-based Mass General Brigham is changing its email domains as part of its multiyear rebranding effort.
The health system will be transitioning to emails that end with mgb.org — replacing partners.org — in stages throughout 2023, a spokesperson told Becker's.
The move is another step in the five-year rebranding of the former Partners HealthCare system that includes Massachusetts General Hospital and Brigham and Women's Hospital, both in Boston. The rebrand, announced in 2019, will reportedly cost as much as $100 million.
The email switch was first reported Dec. 9 by Boston Business Journal.
