Illinois health system's name to adorn $100M soccer complex

Evanston, Ill.-based Endeavor Health has secured the naming rights for a new $100 million soccer complex in Chicago.

The Endeavor Health Performance Center, set to open in January, will host training for MLS' Chicago Fire as well as youth camps and clinics. The naming rights agreement goes through 2029, spokespeople from Endeavor Health and the Fire told Becker's, declining to reveal the financial terms of the deal.

"The Endeavor Health Performance Center will further enhance the care we provide to Fire team members with the best training and treatment facilities while also providing excellent resources and programming to support every level of Fire soccer from youth camps and clinics up to the pros," said Jason Koh, MD, chief physician executive and director of the Endeavor Health Orthopaedic and Spine Institute, in a July 18 statement.

The health system also sponsors the Endeavor Health Fire Pitch, an indoor-outdoor soccer facility in Chicago with over 300,000 visitors annually. Endeavor Health became the Fire's official health system, sports medicine, and orthopedic provider in 2023.

Endeavor Health is Illinois' third-largest health system with nine hospitals and $5.6 billion in annual revenue. It rebranded in December following the 2022 merger of Evanston-based NorthShore University HealthSystem and Warrenville-based Edward-Elmhurst Health.
