Here are seven hospitals and health systems that have announced name changes or other rebranding efforts since June 9.
- Utica, N.Y.-based Mohawk Valley Health System introduced a new logo and brand. The updated brand reflects the health system's goal to connect its brand to its new regional medical center, Wynn Hospital, which is expected to open in 2023.
- Rexburg, Idaho-based Madison Memorial Hospital changed its name to Madison Health. The name change comes as the hospital aims to help patients more easily identify the services it can provide.
- Madison, W.Va.-based Boone Memorial Hospital changed its name to Boone Memorial Health. The name change reflects the hospital's mission in expanding its capabilities, footprint, technology and focus on community health and disease prevention.
- Dover, N.H.-based Wentworth-Douglass Hospital will have a new logo that will include Boston-based Mass General Brigham. The rebranding effort aims to show Wentworth-Douglass is integrated with Mass General Brigham.
- Iron Mountain, Mich.-based Dickinson County Healthcare System changed its name to Marshfield Medical Center-Dickinson. The health system said the name change reflects its affiliation with Marshfield (Wis.) Clinic Health System.
- Tampa General Hospital unveiled a new brand identity for its radiology company: Tower Radiology will now be called TGH Imaging powered by Tower. The name change reflects Tampa General Hospital's ownership of the radiology company.
- Arcadia, Calif.-based Methodist Hospital of Southern California changed its name to USC Arcadia Hospital. The name change reflects the hospital's affiliation with Los Angeles-based Keck Medicine of USC, which was finalized July 1.
