Bowman, N.D.-based Southwest Healthcare Services is reporting a data breach that compromised personal information.
The health system discovered the incident Jan. 31 and concluded that the unauthorized party accessed the files between Oct. 28 and 29, 2022, according to a March 31 notice of data breach filed with the Montana attorney general.
The health system has no evidence of data misuse and is offering affected customers identity theft protection services.
