CompuGroup Medical, a medical software vendor, reported Dec. 27 that most of its systems were up and running again after a "technical failure" due to a Dec. 20 ransomware attack.
The company's Dec. 27 update said it is monitoring its systems closely and is "working with all relevant authorities."
The attack affected some of the company's internal services, including email and phones.
