Amazon Web Services Marketplace will now offer cloud-based disaster recovery service OpSus Recover in its digital catalog.
OpSus Recover is designed to rebuild and restore data after a cybersecurity breach or natural disaster. In the event that standard hospital data facilities were unavailable, OpSus Recover would provide temporary remote operations for the hospital, according to a July 26 press release.
OpSus Recover is a product offered by healthcare information technology company CloudWave.
"We are pleased to participate in AWS Marketplace as a way to create awareness of CloudWave's capabilities with hospitals and healthcare organizations looking to evaluate managed cloud services delivered on AWS," said president and CEO of CloudWave Erik Littlejohn.
