Vanguard Health Systems Execs Continue to Sell Shares

Several executives at Nashville, Tenn.-based Vanguard Health Systems have sold more of their shares, the most recent transactions occurring this past Friday.

Earlier in September, Vanguard Chairman, President and CEO Charles Martin Jr. sold 26,502 shares at $20.95 per share, resulting in more than $555,000. Last Friday, he sold an additional 14,624 shares at $20.98 per share for another $306,811. Mr. Martin still owns more than 2.7 million shares of Vanguard, which are worth approximately $57.2 million.

Vanguard Executive Vice President, Treasurer and CFO Phillip Roe and six other executives also sold shares at $20.98 last week.
