The survey compared median total cash compensation for three APP leaders, including the top leader, middle level leader and clinical level leader.
The top APP leader is responsible for developing and managing overall APP strategy, the middle level APP leader manages APP leaders and oversees APP education and the clinical level APP leader is responsible for clinical oversight and the daily operational responsibilities of APPs at the clinical unit or practice level.
