Lee Memorial Health System President Jim Nathan will not accept a $30,000 raise in conjunction with the organization's decision to freeze salaries of all employees, according to a News-Press report.
Mr. Nathan's contract includes a provision for his compensation to be in the 50th percentile of comparable executives, but his salary is roughly 4 percent lower than that benchmark, according to the report.
Mr. Nathan currently makes $754,014 per year.
