The top HR executive at hospitals earned roughly $230,532 annually, according to the news release. Top HR executives at long-term care facilities have an average salary of $157,244, while home health HR leaders have an average salary of $133,125.
Across all three sectors, the average salary for the top HR executive is $166,282.
