- On average, experience leaders earn an annual salary of $167,000.
- More senior leaders — such as chief experience officers— earn closer to $221,000
- Vice presidents of experience earn roughly $216,000.
- Experience leaders at hospitals with 400 or fewer beds make, on average, $153,000.
- The annual salary for leaders at hospitals with 401 to 600 beds is $150,000.
- Experience leaders at hospitals with 601 to 1,000 beds earn the most, at $217,000.
- The annual salary for leaders at hospitals with more than 1,000 beds is $181,000.
