In partnership with the National Rural Health Association, Yaffe & Co., a healthcare compensation consulting firm, released data for its most recent rural hospital executive compensation survey this past April.
Here are 12 statistics on rural hospital CFO compensation, based on Yaffe & Co.'s 2012 Executive Compensation Survey for CAH/Rural Hospitals. Note: The survey received responses from 197 rural hospital and critical access hospitals. Sixty-eight percent of responding hospitals had between 25 beds and 100 beds, and median full-time equivalents at responding hospitals ranged from 110 to 495.
