The American College of Cardiology has selected B. Hadley Wilson, MD, as its next president.
Dr. Wilson will take over the role following the ACC's 2023 annual meeting next March, according to a July 26 news release.
He currently serves as a member of the group's board of trustees and as immediate past chair for its membership committee.
Dr. Wilson is a cardiologist with Atrium Health's Sanger Heart & Vascular Institute in Charlotte, N.C.
