Grand Rapids, Mich.-based Spectrum Health will construct three outpatient buildings in west Michigan that will cost $151 million.
The projects will include:
1. An 11-story, 240,000-square-foot medical center in Grand Rapids, which will include several outpatient services, such as heart and vascular and neurosciences clinics and residency clinics, according to a Jan. 13 news release. Additionally, it will have a simulation center for training physicians through experiential learning. It will open in spring 2024.
2. A 15,800-square-foot clinic for outpatient care called Lakeview Rural Health Clinic. Lakeview Family Medicine, outpatient rehabilitation and a walk-in clinic will relocate to the facility. It will open in spring 2023.
3. A 33,000-square-foot building called the Big Rapids Primary Care Building. It will hold the Big Rapids Family Medicine clinic, as well as urgent care, outpatient rehabilitation, occupational health and other ancillary services. It will open in spring 2023.
