Investment banker Morgan Stanley has purchased a Californian $68 million office building anchored by medical offices just 3 miles from two of Stanford Medicine's main hospital locations.
The Menlo Park building, named the Menlo Medical Clinic, is home to more than 50 physicians covering 20 disciplines and measures over 48,000 square feet, TheRealDeal reported Jan. 10. The office location sits on 3.1 acres and is close to the two Stanford hospitals on Pasteur Drive.
The acquisition, which closed Jan. 5, represents one of the largest recent office deals in Silicon Valley, according to the report.
