Naperville, Ill.-based Edward Hospital is proposing the construction of a new three-story medical cardiovascular center in downtown Naperville, The Naperville Sun reported Dec. 19.
The 96,000-square-foot medical office building would replace the current site built in the 1970s. Before construction can begin, the developer needs the Naperville city council to rezone the area for a health services district.
The Naperville Planning and Zoning Commission will review the request at its Dec. 21 meeting.
