An 11-story, $290 million Philadelphia life sciences building is set for a February groundbreaking with full completion by the end of 2024, The Daily Pennsylvanian reported Jan. 29.
The location will feature 520,000 square feet of wet lab and dry space. Philadelphia-based Drexel University has pre-leased 45 percent of the space in conjunction with SmartLabs.
Developers are working with Drexel to improve the pedestrian environment near the lab.
