TeamHealth Holdings has acquired Burbank, Calif.-based Primary Critical Care Medical Group, a medical group specializing in hospital and critical care medicine.
PCCMG provides care in partnership with four hospitals and two outpatient primary care clinics in Southern California. It also provides hospital medicine services through Kaiser Permanente in nearly 100 hospitals, caring for more than 100,000 patients through all of its contracts each year.
