Any American who has shopped online has almost certainly shopped on Amazon, according to a new NPR/Marist poll.
The phone poll surveyed 1,057 randomly selected between April 25 and May 2.
There were 729 respondents who identified as online shoppers, 92 percent of whom have bought at least one item from Amazon.
Only 1 percent of online shoppers said they purchase an item from Amazon daily, but 15 percent said they buy an Amazon item once a week, and 28 percent said they buy items from Amazon once a month.
