Through a recent joint-venture partnership, global real estate firm Jones Lang LaSalle will provide Beaumont Hospitals in Michigan with management services for the 3-hospital system's facilities, construction projects and real estate transactions, according to a Jones Lang LaSalle news release.
These services were previously provided by Beaumont Services Company, an entity owned by Beaumont. Other services to be provided by Jones Lang LaSalle include utility operations, energy and sustainability services, property management, biomedical equipment maintenance, lease administration and portfolio strategy.
