Arizona's Kingman Regional Joins Mayo Clinic Care Network

Kingman (Ariz.) Regional Medical Center has joined the newly-created Mayo Clinic Care Network, making it the second health system following Grand Forks, N.D.-based Altru Health System to become a member of the network, according to a Mayo Clinic news release.

The network formalizes collaborative relationships between Mayo Clinic and regional health systems across the country. Hospitals in the network remain independent — no change in ownership takes place — but are able to consult with Mayo Clinic physicians on patient care as well as overall community health improvement.
