Glendale, Calif.-based Apollo Medical Holding's Medicare accountable care organization, ApolloMed ACO, has partnered with Waltham, Mass.-based Fresenius Medical Care, the nation's largest provider of kidney care services, to provide integrated healthcare management for its patients with end-stage renal disease.
Both organizations will share in cost savings from the partnership, according to the news release.
"We are excited to be partnering with Fresenius Medical Care to work together on providing best-in-class quality care and management for our ESRD patients," Warren Hosseinion, MD, CEO of Apollo Medical Holdings, said in the release.
