30 largest ACOs by number of facilities

Physician Organization of Michigan in Ann Arbor ranked No. 1 in the nation's 30 largest ACOs by number of facilities, according to a report published by IQVIA.

The report uses data from OneKey, a database from IQVIA that includes more than 1,000 federal, commercial and Medicaid ACOs, representing roughly 28 million beneficiaries. The report ranked these ACOs by the number of total participating healthcare facilities, including hospitals, medical groups, nursing homes and other facilities.

Here are the 30 largest ACOs, ranked by total number of facilities.
