Michael Wallace. President and CEO of Fort HealthCare (Fort Atkinson, Wis.). Mr. Wallace joined Fort HealthCare in 2006 and since then has implemented a vision to drive the community to be the healthiest in the state of Wisconsin. During his tenure, Jefferson County has moved from the 33rd spot out of 72 counties to 9th in 2017 on the University of Wisconsin Population Health Initiative rankings for overall health outcomes. The county also moved from 44th in health behaviors to No. 8 last year. In addition to his responsibilities at Fort HealthCare, Mr. Wallace serves on the Wisconsin Hospital Association Board, chairing the board in 2016, and is a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
