James B. Bross. CEO of St. Luke's Hospital (Columbus, N.C.). Mr. Bross became the CEO of St. Luke's Hospital in July 2016 after spending more than 30 years in hospital and health plan executive management. In his current role, Mr. Bross focuses on sustaining the hospital's culture and environment of joy and fulfillment in patient care. He previously served as CEO of Franklin, N.C.-based Angel Medical Center, a Mission Health System-affiliated critical access hospital, and senior director of client services for Applied Revenue Analytics. He also spent 20 years in financial management at Rutherford Hospital in Rutherfordton, N.C., rising through the ranks to CFO.
