Bernard Wheatley, DBA. CEO of Schneider Regional Medical Center (St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands). Since April 2013, Dr. Wheatley has been CEO of the umbrella entity for three facilities: Roy Lester Schneider Hospital in St. Thomas; Myrah Keating Smith Community Health Center in St. John; and Charlotte Kimelman Cancer Institute in St. Thomas. With more than two decades of healthcare management experience, Dr. Wheatley has held positions at academic and community medical centers over the course of his career. He earned his doctor of business administration degree from North Central University in Prescott Valley, Ariz., and is a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
