Littleton (Colo.) Adventist Hospital. Since 2008, Centura Health's Littleton Adventist Hospital has been at the forefront of sustainable initiatives through the efforts of its Sustainability Advisory Committee. The hospital has 100 percent LED lighting throughout its facility and has eliminated drip disposal of all its medication. In early 2016, the hospital partnered with Denver Water in a pilot program to reduce water usage. Practice Greenhealth recognized the hospital among its Top 25 in Environmental Excellence from 2014 to 2016, and Littleton Adventist achieved gold level in the Colorado Environmental Leadership Program in 2016.
