Montefiore Einstein Center for Innovation in Simulation (Bronx, N.Y.).The Montefiore Einstein Center for Innovation in Simulation features a multidisciplinary training environment to teach healthcare professionals improved patient safety techniques and practices at all stages of their careers. Led by Director Marvin Fried, MD, the institution aims to create a patient safety platform to reinforce the health system's core qualities of communication, leadership and mutual support. MECIS staff members also seek to share best practices with providers by operating multiple training sites across the health system.
