Delta (Utah) Community Hospital. Delta Community Hospital, formerly known as Delta Community Medical Center, joined Salt Lake City-based Intermountain Healthcare in 1980. The 18-bed critical access hospital has undergone extensive renovations to improve patient rooms and women's and newborn areas. This year, DCH was recognized as a Top 100 Critical Access Hospital by iVantage Health Analytics.
