Philip J. Stuart. Administrator and CEO of Tomah (Wis.) Memorial Hospital. Mr. Stuart has served as administrator and CEO of Tomah Memorial Hospital since 1995. He has also served two terms as president of the Wisconsin Hospital Association's western region. Under his leadership, the hospital completed a $10 million construction and renovation project in 2005 and earned a spot among the National Rural Health Association's Top 20 Critical Access Hospitals in the nation in 2016.
