Steven Corwin, MD. President and CEO of NewYork-Presbyterian (New York City). Dr. Corwin transitioned from executive vice president and COO of NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital in New York City to CEO of NewYork-Presbyterian in 2011. Under Dr. Corwin's leadership, the health system has nearly doubled in size and comprises four divisions delivering care to 2 million-plus patients per year. He has held numerous leadership positions in industry associations, including serving as president of the Greater New York Hospital Association for the 2016-17 term, and is a member of the Governing Council of Health Care Systems of the American Hospital Association.
