Ralph Muller. CEO of University of Pennsylvania Health System (Philadelphia). Mr. Muller is the CEO of University of Pennsylvania Health System, which includes six hospitals, a faculty practice plan, a primary care provider network and multispecialty satellite facilities. Before joining UPHS in 2002, Mr. Muller was a visiting fellow at the Kings Fund in London and served as president and CEO of the University of Chicago Hospitals and Health System. He also has experience serving in a number of senior positions at the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Mr. Muller is a member of the National Academy of Medicine as well as a fellow of the American Association for the Advancement of Science.
