Barry Arbuckle, PhD. President and CEO of MemorialCare Health System (Fountain Valley, Calif.). MemorialCare's six-hospital integrated delivery network has grown substantially in size and reputation under Dr. Arbuckle's leadership. The hospital system has earned many accolades for workplace culture and patient care, including consecutive Gallup Great Workplace awards, Best Governed Hospital Systems in the U.S. by The Governance Institute, and five consecutive 2015 Top Performing Medical Groups in California awards. In addition to his role at MemorialCare, Dr. Arbuckle is a past chair of the California Hospital Association and March of Dimes-California.
