Mike Browder. Executive Vice President and CFO of RegionalCare Hospital Partners (Brentwood, Tenn.). Prior to joining RegionalCare Hospital Partners, Mr. Browder served as president and CEO of Nashville, Tenn.-based Essent Healthcare, a Nashville, Tenn.-based company that owned and operated nonurban acute care hospitals before merging with RegionalCare Hospital Partners in 2011. He began his career at Ernst & Young. He holds advanced membership to the Healthcare Financial Management Association and membership to the Financial Executives Institute.
