For more than a decade, Mr. Adams has served as CFO of Ardent Health. Prior to Ardent, Mr. Adams served as an audit senior manager for Ernst & Young, where he managed large and medium-sized audit engagements of multiple healthcare and technology companies. He was also a controller for PathGroup, as well as an audit manager and staff accountant for Deloitte.
