Mr. Filton has more than 25 years of healthcare finance experience with Universal Health Services, which owns and/or operates 24 acute-care hospitals and 193 behavioral health centers. Mr. Filton's first role with UHS was as director of corporate accounting, a position he began in 1985. He was named vice president and controller in 1991, and in 2003 he became senior vice president and CFO of UHS.
