Ms. Boemer began her healthcare finance career in 1993, when she took an administrative fellowship at Boston-based Massachusetts General Hospital. From there, she worked her way up to the position of senior vice president for finance at the hospital. She now serves as senior vice president and CFO of North Shore Medical Center, a two-hospital system that is part of Boston-based Partners HealthCare. Massachusetts General is also part of Partners.
