Regional One Health (Memphis, Tenn.). Founded in 1829, Regional One Health is the oldest health system in Tennessee. The system provides employees opportunities to institute change across the organization, such as through its Center for Innovation, which hosted a "Shark Tank" style competition that allowed employees to submit ideas that would improve patient experience, quality outcomes or save money. Regional One Health offers employees a wide array of benefits and unique perks. For instance, Regional One recently partnered with the Memphis Medical District Collaborative on the Live Local Program, which provides financial incentives and forgivable home improvement loans for employees living in the medical district. In 2016, Regional One Health was name to The Commercial Appeal's "Top Workplaces" in Memphis list for the fourth consecutive year.
