Miami Children's Health System. Miami Children's Health System is home to 289-bed Nicklaus Children's Hospital, which has more than 650 attending physicians and more than 130 pediatric subspecialists. Miami Children's offers employees a variety of education, mentoring, training options and bonus opportunities. The health system launched its own employee recognition app called iCreate in 2016. The app allows health system employees and leaders to recognize one another at any time. Miami Children's employees also have access to an on-site child care center and preschool, dry cleaning and car wash services. In 2016, Fortune recognized Miami Children's on its "50 Best Workplaces for Diversity" list.
