A partnership between Camden, N.J.-based based Lourdes Health System and Charlotte, N.C.-based Acuity Healthcare, Lourdes Specialty Hospital of Southern New Jersey is a 69-bed long-term acute care hospital that is 100 percent employee owned. In 2016, Lourdes Specialty Hospital was named one of Philly.com's "Top Workplaces" for the third consecutive year. It made the Philadelphia Business Journal's "Best Places to Work" list in 2015.
