Confluence Health (Wenatchee, Wash.). Confluence Health has two hospitals with more than 3,600 employees, 270 physicians and 150 advanced practice clinicians. Confluence Health promotes a "Speak Up" policy for employee empowerment to facilitate rapid and open communication between teams and with leadership about events that could create potential harm for patients, staff or visitors. Employees have access to numerous benefits, including adoption assistance, a comprehensive wellness program with incentives and cash prizes and employee discounts on select services. Confluence Health gives thanks to its employees with an annual employee recognition week, holiday meals, pancake breakfasts and summer barbecues.
