CareConnect Insurance Company (East Hills, N.Y.). CareConnect is a provider-owned commercial health insurance company that promotes a cross-cultural and cross-collaborative environment. The company invests in employee advancement through educational workshops, programs, training and access to New Hyde Park, N.Y.-based Northwell Health's Center for Learning and Innovation. CareConnect's annual growth rate as of December 2016 was 43.6 percent, and an employee survey showed a majority of staff members were satisfied employees.
