Cabell Huntington (W.Va.) Hospital. Cabell Huntington Hospital is a 303-bed nonprofit regional referral center that serves more than 29 counties in West Virginia, eastern Kentucky and southern Ohio. The hospital celebrates its employees in a variety of ways, such as an annual awards banquet who are celebrating a five-year anniversary at the hospital. CHH also offers free celebratory holiday meals for Thanksgiving and Christmas to all employees. The Great Employees Making a Difference award program allows patients and visitors to recognize staff for outstanding work, and staff members can use the program recognize their peers. Total employee turnover in fiscal year 2016 was 12.5 percent.
