Meet the organization: Woman's Hospital is the only freestanding nonprofit hospital dedicated to providing comprehensive services to women and infants in Baton Rouge and the surrounding region. It was also the first hospital in Baton Rouge to receive Magnet recognition for excellence in nursing. The hospital has roughly 1,850 employees and saw more than 8,500 deliveries each year.
