Jeffrey Feasel. President and CEO of Halifax Health (Daytona Beach, Fla.). Mr. Feasel was named CEO in January 2005 after previously filling the crucial roles of COO, president of patient business and financial services and vice president of Halifax Community Health. Mr. Feasel has been actively involved in the governance of many healthcare associations, including the Safety Net Hospital Alliance of Florida, the Florida Hospital Association and the American Hospital Association. Since beginning his career in Ohio, where he spent 16 years directing essential business operations for the Medical College of Ohio Hospitals in Toledo, Mr. Feasel has remained a dedicated advocate for education. He has served on several education-associated community boards, including the Bethune Cookman University Business Advisory Board and Daytona Beach Youth Mentoring Program Advisory Board.
