Tamra Minnier, MSN, RN. Chief Quality Officer of UPMC (Pittsburgh). Ms. Minnier is the executive director of the Beckwith Institute, a $15 million foundation supporting innovation in care delivery, in addition to serving as the chief quality officer of UPMC. Ms. Minnier has devoted her career to advancing healthcare delivery, and she currently serves as vice chair of the Board of Joint Commission International and Joint Commission Resources. She is also a board member of the Patient Safety Movement Foundation and a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives. Throughout her career, Ms. Minnier has been published in The Journal of Nursing Administration and regularly speaks about her experience in leadership roles.
