Phyllis Lantos. Executive Vice President, Treasurer and CFO of NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital and CFO of NewYork-Presbyterian Healthcare System (New York).Under Ms. Lantos' tenure as executive vice president, CFO and treasurer, NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital made dramatic improvements to its revenue cycle process and implemented significant controls related to risk mitigation and expense. She joined the $3.4 billion health system in 2000 and is responsible for all financial matters, including financial planning, revenue cycle, budget, reimbursement and cost accounting. Ms. Lantos also oversees managed care for the hospital and related companies. Prior to joining NewYork-Presbyterian, Ms. Lantos was deputy COO at New Haven, Conn.-based Yale University School of Medicine and vice president of financial management services at Bronx, N.Y.-based Montefiore Medical Center.
