Laura Kaiser. President and CEO of SSM Health (St. Louis). Ms. Kaiser became president and CEO of SSM Health in May after spending 30 years gaining experience in the healthcare field, focused on clinical quality and patient satisfaction. She previously served as the executive vice president and COO of Salt Lake City-based Intermountain Healthcare and spent 15 years of her career in leadership positions with Ascension Health. In her current role, Ms. Kaiser is responsible for leading all aspects of the nonprofit, faith-based health system, including 20 hospitals and 63 outpatient care sites as well as an insurance company. Throughout her career, Ms. Kaiser has been committed to elevating female leadership and was a founding member of Women's Leadership Institute in Salt Lake City.
